Plans & billing
RegionCheck's free tier is genuinely useful; paid plans add scheduled monitoring, alerting features, more regions, longer history, and team access.
What each plan includes
RegionCheck has four plans: free, starter, team, and enterprise. These are the current published limits — the authoritative values for your workspace are always available from your account.
| Feature | free | starter | team | enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Regions per run | your plan's region limit | 50 | unlimited | unlimited |
| Scheduled checks | 1 | 25 | 100 | 1000 |
| Min. check interval | 300s | 300s | 60s | 30s |
| History retention | 7 days | 30 days | 90 days | 365 days |
| Workspace members | 1 | 3 | 10 | 100 |
| Alert channels | 1 | 25 | 100 | 1000 |
| Slow-response alerts | – | – | ✓ | ✓ |
| Body assertions | – | – | – | ✓ |
| SSL expiry alerts | – | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Email monitoring | – | – | ✓ | ✓ |
| Status pages | – | – | ✓ | ✓ |
| Response body capture | 8 KB | 8 KB | 8 KB | 256 KB |
All plans, including free, support email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, and generic webhook alert channels — the plan differences above are about how many channels you can configure and which alert conditions are available, not which channel types.
Free tier
The free tier is built to be useful on its own, not just a trial. You can run checks from many regions, save checks for later, set up one scheduled check, and use API keys and the MCP server.
Upgrading
Plan changes are managed in the browser billing portal. This is deliberate: buying or changing a subscription is an account-owner action involving real money and payment details, so it's not available through the API or the MCP server.
Region usage on any plan is metered by RegionCheck's rate limiter — see Rate limits & quotas for how that works.
