Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of regioncheck.io and the RegionCheck service, operated by RegionCheck LLC (“RegionCheck,” “we,” “us”). By using RegionCheck you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

RegionCheck runs network diagnostic checks — DNS, HTTP, TLS, connectivity, and latency — from cloud regions on your request, and offers saved checks, monitoring, and alerting.

Plans and billing

RegionCheck offers free and paid tiers. The features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RegionCheck to:

• Target infrastructure you do not own or are not authorized to test.
• Attack, overload, launch denial-of-service attacks against, or perform unauthorized scanning of any third party.
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or abuse-prevention controls.

No automated access to the website. Bots, scrapers, and automated clients must not access the RegionCheck web interface. Programmatic or automated use must go through the official RegionCheck HTTP API or MCP server with valid credentials, subject to applicable rate limits and quotas.

Disclaimers

RegionCheck is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we make no uptime guarantee. RegionCheck reports the evidence it observes and does not guarantee the certainty, completeness, or accuracy of any result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegionCheck LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RegionCheck LLC from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to RegionCheck or others. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
