Who we are

RegionCheck (“RegionCheck,” “we,” “us”) is operated by RegionCheck LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Data we collect

• Account data. When you create an account we collect your email address and basic profile details. Authentication is handled by Auth0; we do not store your password.
• Billing data. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
• Check data. The targets, configurations, and results of the network checks (probes) you run, so we can display, share, and retain your history.
• Server & abuse logs. Standard technical logs including IP address, request and run identifiers, and timestamps. We use these to operate the service, enforce limits, and investigate abuse.

Cookies & tracking

• Essential cookies. Auth0 session cookies (to keep you signed in) and a local preference for your light/dark theme.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. See Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Advertising. We may serve ads from third-party networks such as Google AdSense, which may set advertising cookies. See Google’s advertising policy.

Sub-processors

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf: Auth0 (authentication), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure (where our probe workers run), and Google (Analytics, and advertising if and when enabled).

How we use data

We use the data above to provide and improve the service, run the checks you request, process payments, communicate with you, enforce our limits and Terms, and keep RegionCheck secure.

Data retention

We retain account and check data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we retain logs for a limited period for security and operational purposes. Retention windows for check history may vary by plan.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account data, including deleting your account from your account settings. To make a privacy request, contact [email protected].

Children

RegionCheck is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
